Since it gives you the ability to express yourself and how you feel about some situations and be to express your opinion also receive constructive criticism. After that, the experience with my mother decision I decided that even sometimes it’s hard to talk about certain things with the family members, sibling, best friend, or even partner, because we are assuming in our mind that it would cause a conflict between each other, even though we haven’t said anything yet to those persons. Humans have that bad habit of thinking for others and decided for other too, thus they opt not to say what they want or feel then they hide or pretend that everything is fine. Instead, of finding tools and how can dialogue with these persons without feeling guilty or sad. As a good example, when I was learning English with friends and at school, I used to have a job in a factory where we should work 10 to 14 hours a day and it was a big warehouse without any windows so I wasn’t able to see the day or when it turned night. She responded me, you are an ignorant and weak lady who never will learn English in this country. You came to this country to work as a slave for people like me who has money, education, and power. She humiliated me, I was feeling so bad I couldn’t say anything to her first because I was afraid of lose my job and then I didn’t want to put myself at her level. Instead, I took her judgment, ignorance, and her pain as a good tool to help me to work harder at school. Even though, she didn’t know that her criticism pushed me to reach my goals. After that, I left that job because I got a better job and better salary.
