The assessment helps in monitoring a environmental and health status to help identify and solve, community environmental and health problems. It provides surveillance for diseases/injury by systematically collecting, monitors trends; analyzes the causes, and identifies the needs to make available information on healthy communities.

3. Local Report on local tobacco use, county laws prohibiting smoking in bars and resources to help smokers quit in multiple languages.
