• Body Composition
The body composition is when we know how much fat, muscle or bone we have in our bodies.. It helps people in in very different ways and/or in different sports (depending on the sport they play).
For example, in rugby, it is best to have more fat and muscle to be able to push and defend youself in the game but it is also good to be small and thin to run faster and have an advantage on the other players.
• Cardio-Respiratory Fitness
This refers to the capacity of the circulatory and respiratory systems to give enough oxygen to our muscles that are attached to our bones during the physical activity.

To improve our agility, we must first improve the parts that make part of agility (Balance, Speed, Strenght and Co-ordination) and keep practicing them to improve each time.
• Balance
Balance is keeping equilibrium while standing still or just keep balance standing still or even moving. When it is balance while moving it is also called dynamic balance.
Balance is really important in all sports but it is most important in ballet and gymnastics which consist in hard exercises of balance, flexibility and even strength. It is also important in other sports like rugby because with balance, it is most likely that people wont fall or be tackled to the ground.
Balance is also connected to agility and strength in order to hold our weight and to move directions very fast and precisely.
• Reaction Time
Reaction time is how fast our brains can react to a certain sound and immediately reply. This is really important in sports because in order to have a good timing and a good advantage from your opponent's. Muscular Endurance can help us be thinner which will make us faster and even more agile. Power will gives us more strength to tackle our opponent to the ground in some sports and will help in others too.
