For a degree as a MLT according to Ivy Tech’s degree credentialing, I would be required to complete my pre-requisites/general education and then apply to the program so that I can take the required classes for a total of 70 credits. Most of the time when technicians or technologists work in a particular area for a while they will normally choose to specialize in that area.
