Introduction
Internal recruitment is the process of attracting and hiring employees which are already working for the organization. The most important step is to plan ahead and see what positions are vacant and how many employees are ready to be promoted and in what time. Others relate that the weakness that organizations lack behind in internal recruitment have been overcome to some extent and that is a benefit for an organization to achieve its goals and (Gorter, 1995).
Researchers predict that in coming years many companies are very much hopeful to gain a competitive advantage in internal recruitment so that they can make themselves free of external sources and furthermore it is leading the corporate sector to another level in terms of beneficial sources(Corporate author, 1980).
Internal recruitment in organizations consist of different stages to analyze whether who is the better fit for the post to be designated as its responsibility of the Hr department to give the best to the organization (Morley, 1998).
