He states that with each release of the new system, they add a new set of features that are targeted at certain customers, each time adding new customers to the group of system users. However, there are several further improvements that the organization intends to make on this system, such as follow-up projects. In terms of project execution, all users were pleased with the implementation and functionality of Navisphere (Goodmanson, 2016). Considering that C.H. Robinson met all of their major project objectives, all users provided positive feedback, and other users are interested in utilizing the system, the project should be considered a success.
