In which “translation” of user interface is the one of the most important tool in localization. In addition to this, localization process may also include:
• Adopting graphics to target markets
• Modifying the content and consumption habits according to the markets
• Converting to local requirements
• Choose design and layout according to suit translated text
• Use appropriate local formats
• Identify local regulations and legal requirement properly
In the global world , when the things are moving fastly , not only countries and societies but the individuals too need to have contact with members of other communities / societies that are spread over different parts of the country . For this there is great need of translation.
“Translation” is defined as the process which convert a text of source language (SL) in to convert and understandable version of target language (TL) without losing originality.
For this 3 requirements are must:
• Familiarity with the source language
• Familiarity with target language

There are different forms of translation such as music, literature art band films from region to region it is important to understand globally.
5. Transfer of news
In the world many events occur, so there is important to transfer correct information .This involves proper translation of news coming from local bodies and regional centres.
Why Localization Testing is important?
It is important to test software before being released to the target .This is because the localization process can introduce many problems such as linguistic and functional problems.
Linguistic testing:
In this confirms that the text appears correctly or not. This testing requires a high proficiency and strong familiarity with the product itself.
These are some problems which are:
• Missing translated text
• Text remain in source language
• In consistent appearance
Functional testing:
It is just like verification that the product is compatible with various operating systems. It requires good knowledge of target language and total familiarity with the product.
Some problems related to this are:
