Communication problems are one of the main difficulties for most organizations (Koschmann, 2012). Directors are all about the bottom line, no none sense, get to the point, great administrators, delegators but not very good listeners as a matter of fact they are the worse listeners of all four styles (Tony Alessandra, 2008). They are great at creating systems, highly inventive and they are very intellectual people (Tony Alessandra, 2008). So if you want a job done and you want it done right go to a thinker if you want it don’t on time think again (Tony Alessandra, 2008).
