In power and conflict resolution, I am merely moderate to below average. My ultimate use of influence it the strongest and interestingly resisting influence is the least.
Life in Organizations Organization Structure. I prefer to have a closer interaction with my Supervisors than most in an organizational structure. I feel that is due to both the respect I have for people, the value I place on success as well as the desire to learn from others. I have a very strong tendency towards the need of highly ethical leadership. Careers. My personality type of ESFP reflects a natural ability to perform in the human services. Through influences and innovation of fun in the workplace, I would be well suited to be a trainer or educator. Sales come naturally with my ability to influence people. Religious leader as well as both a player and a coach suits me well (Kroeger, Thuesen, & Rutledge, 2002). Change and Stress. Change is something that I embrace in an organization; however, I also feel that it needs to be structured. Nevertheless, stress is present and not well managed, often due to poor structure or clarity of goals.

Frustrations that I often feel at work I can now associate with my inability to prevent negative thoughts and emotions to influence my normal positive and productive personality. Often looking to others for approval or acknowledgement, I am many times left unsatisfied with accomplishments. Dr. Fisher states that organizational behavior should be discussed in terms of absolute truth and values (Presentation: Lesson 1 - A worldview perspective on organizational behavior, 2009). When I fail to keep my eyes focused on the absolute truth I falter and it effects my work performance.
Step Three: The Transformation Life’s experiences have offered me both experience and insight to help others and guide others to be helpers as well. My emotions help me to reflect compassion to the hurting and lift them up. I have become more versed in the individual’s actions and interactions with others. Moreover, I have learned how to attempt to relate to them better. I have grown both personally and professionally. Consequently, I hope and pray that it shows in my interaction with
