Then they do experiments to prove their points. “Almost all parents have at least some exposure to models of positive parenting: from parents, through observations of other parents, or indirectly through representations of positive parenting in the media.” I believe this to be true because the second the child is born they have the power to raise that child however they please. Even if that parent had a bad childhood from their parents, they can either improve from that or copy that.
