I'd like to thank you all for the hard work, perseverance and keeping up with the ever changing battlefield known as recruiting. Summer and PCS moves are on the horizon. I wanted to touch base on a couple of topics prior to everyone exiting stage left. The reason is to ensure that everyone is aware of expectations. The expectations listed below are the minimum the command group expects and your SNCOIC may need to add additional requirements.
MCRC assigns mission based on T/O structure regardless of the manning level at the PSRS. The PSRS uses a more realistic approach of each recruiter tour is 36 months. The PSRSS annual mission is based off when their rotators/movers reach 36 months. It is not uncommon for Marines to request a short tour and return to their MOS's early. That in itself is reasonable and will be supported as long as the recruiter produces their join total based off of their 36 months. If you want to know your join total prior to rotation ask your SNCOIC for FY16's projected Recruiter Production Months (RPM). The waiver is adjudicated at region and requires endorsements at the PSRS and District level. This normally takes 60 days to receive an answer. From past experiences no one has ever been denied the award who achieved their 36 month production rate.
