It’s not rocket science to put on a seatbelt. It’s not like it takes forty-five minutes to put on a seatbelt. Putting on a seatbelt rarely takes less than five seconds. In the past, older vehicles did not have seatbelts. Ever since the year of 1959, seat belts are installed in all vehicles and guaranteed to work. Speed limits have also increased in the last five years. The biggest threat to all of us traveling in cars, is texting and driving. There is no bigger distraction than texting or even looking at your phone while driving. DUI’s have also been a threat to the roadways. With all these major risks and circumstances that are out of our control, it is vital that we wear our seatbelts.
