Objectives and Outcomes Global Ethics & Compliance training project provided the training information for all the managers to effectively operate the new compliance system in compliances with the policies and laws. All employees is required to follow the new guidelines in compliances with the laws of each country. Any questions or concerns about the use of the system, contact Global Ethics & Compliance Group Measures of Success The measure success of the Global Ethics & Compliance Training project will be comparison of the old and new compliance standards. The Global Ethics & Compliance Group will be able to determine the success over first six months and track the progress for next six months. The training goal can be attain once everyone is trained on the compliance policies. Any issues that may arise with the new compliance policies need to be reported to HR & The Global Ethics & Compliance Group to be addressed immediately. Maintaining the training weekly and monthly schedule will ensure the new compliance program stay on track and met deadline.
