The outcome of these two studies demonstrated sufficient data that showed the amount of faith that the employees had in the ethics of their management (upper/lower), it also lead to degree of differences, and essential, personal results. The difference and similarity of each study explain the correlation of leadership, according to ethical climate, ethical responsibility, and ethical measurements. Each research focus was directed toward theories, methods, and application of the leadership styles within the organizations, upper management and employees based on ethics. Conversely, each researcher noted the need for more research for each empirical article. Respectively, the placed a strong prominence on ethics and how leaders demonstrate ethical behavior. Based on the summary of each article, it is safe to say that each author thinks that a change in their research inquiry may expand the leadership practices and the ethical environment, the research plans to resolve.
