There will be conflicting response. The answers may not be the actual opinion of the subjects but something to please the researcher. In the process, necessary information may not have been found and responses are normally brief. The questionnaires were all closed-ended questions with options decided (Burns & Grove, 1993). Close-ended questionnaires are simpler to administer and anaylse. All the questions were answered using Likert Scale 1 (strongly agree); 2 (agree); 3 (neutral); 4 (disagree) and 5 (strong disagree). According to Raevuori, Dick, Keski-Rahkonen, Pulkkinen, Rose, Rissanen, Silventoinen, (2007) , environment influenced the self-confidence in a person’s behavior during communication.
