Tylenol was started in 1955 when a pharmaceutical company, McNeil Laboratories, introduced doctors to a new and safe prescription medicine for children. Ever since then, Tylenol has expanded worldwide and developed into a well known brand name with adult and children’s pain and fever relief products.In 1879, Robert McNeil opened a pharmacy in Philadelphia and the focus has been on pursuing the development of safe and effective medicines.
