Unemployment is a major obstacle for many countries, unemployment is a highly considerable factor that economists use it to evaluate countries. One of the major causes for unemployment is the overpopulation. Because in Egypt only 10 percent of its area is used for living, agriculture and manufacturing, overpopulation in Egypt is a devastating cause that leads to unemployment. Unemployment does not only has a negative impact on the individual in a society but also a detrimental repercussion on the economy of the whole country. As mentioned before unemployment has two major causes that directly generates unreliable human resources which are: overpopulation and poor education. Both factors play a crucial role in demolishing the economy and providing unreliable employees that can not hold on to a job or do not have the required skills for it since education is the most important aspect that measures the development of the countries. Furthermore, overpopulation wrecks the economy as it creates confusion and injustice distribution of resources. Finally, unemployment has a disastrous effect on the GDP as it decreases it produces a drop of the economy, in addition, it causes eventually increasing the number of people in Egypt under the poverty line. In conclusion it is recommended for Egypt to: improve the level of public education to match the international job descriptions, raise the awareness of the parents about the birth rate, increase the real estate investment in the unused desert Egyptian land, government support for small investments and finally exemption for the small youth investment from taxation for a specific amount of time to encourage employment in
