How would you treat bronchospasm for an intubated pt? |
•100% Oxygen, Call for help, ABC • Stop Stimulation •Deepen Anaesthesia with volatile agents •Magnesium Sulphate 30mg/kg slow infusion •Ketamine bolus2mg/kg •Hydrocortisone 200mg ivi •Adrenaline 10mcg ivi blouses •In-line Nebulization(Salbutamol 6-8 puffs via ETT adaptor ) or ipratropium 0.5mg nebulized •Aminophylline 250mg/min( do not give of patient uses it) |
