|
1. Determine level of drunkness
2. Interview 3. In report state subject is HBD (had been drinking) say you smelt on them or around them alcoholic beverages metabolizing it. 4. Say will reinterview. |

If so drunk they cant follow a question from beginning to end then cant take testimony.

|
Experienced- dont trust police from past experiences. Must change their mind that your not the same.

Steps to handle Deceitful type
|
1. let them lie for a little
2. Then halt them dramatically 3. Give 1 to 2 examples where they lied 4. Use vague legal terms "false information "purgury" 5. Calm them, give 1 more chance to tell truth self preservation. |
