Going hand in hand with understanding the problem and the group goal, each member needs to understand how to make the solution as effective and successful as they can by evaluating it and making it as reasonable as possible. An effective solution entails possible strategies to overcome obstacles or decision options regarding the issues confronting the group. To get where they need to be, they must be open and comfortable with each other to put their ideas and solutions on the table to be evaluated. Going through all of the solutions as a group they must identify the pros and the cons of the solutions that are proposed. If the group fails to follow through with this competency, they will have ineffective criteria and solutions to their problems. In your team you need to create an environment, where you have little conflict and if you do have conflict you need several ways to resolve that to move forward with your teamwork.
