1. In London, Ontario there are four main sections of the target market that Beyond the Bean will attempt to attract: Western University students, Fanshawe College students, high school students and young professionals. In my opinion, I do not believe that attracting high school students would really work to their advantage. This is because having younger kids in there would create a much different atmosphere. I just feel that college students would not want to go to a café/bar where there are high school students hanging around. If the venture’s target market would just stick to the local college students and young professionals, I think it would be much more successful.
