Tsotsi is a violent man who murders, assaults women and attempted murder. “He opened his mouth to yawn but instead a cry came out and when that he brought one of his arms down in a wide swinging arc, catching Boston full on the parted lips with his clenched fist.” This quote shows that he attempted murder on an intoxicated friend. “He caught her by one arm and her into the darkness, his hand cutting short the scream of terror that had fallen from her lips like splintering glass.” This is Tsotsi harassing a an innocent women. Also this is showing assault on a women which he could be sentenced one to twenty-five years in prison. “The trains , ‘ he said.’ Let's take one on the trains. This means that Tsotsi has killed an innocent man on the train. It’s also showing he committed a second degree murder. The penalty that he will receive for this is something from the state or federal government.
