There are four different ethical lenses:
Right/Responsibilities lens: is when the person does the right thing and fulfill their ethical responsibilities with careful care and concern for the other individual. This person is to be highly aware and self-managing as decisions are made.
Relationship lens: this lens benefits the entire community or group by making sure all are treated with respect, fairness, and dignity.
Results lens: this lens focuses on results and goals where the benefit of the individual action outweighs the cost. The main goal is the greatest happiness for the majority of the people.

Based on the Ethical Lens Inventory, my preferred lens is the reputation lens which has the icon of a camera. The values that take priority is this lens are: integrity, justice, courage, and civility. The core value of the reputation lens focuses on equality and sensibility over rationality which means I use my emotions feelings in making specific decisions. My classical virtues are fortitudes where courage and steadiness are well defined. My key phrase is “I make virtuous choices”. My gift is compassion. My blind spot is unrealistic roles expectations by relying on the virtues associated with a particular role. My risk is self-righteousness. My double standard is entitlement.
