As we have learned physical activity is everywhere in life and we are constantly doing it. Whether it be walking, running, lifting, physical activity is something we do most of our time. Though physical activity can be either enjoyable or dreadful depending on what you are doing. There are those that have leisure time in doing physical activity like swimming, yoga, dance , and other things that just relaxes the body as well as being a fun activity to do. For me personally physical activity has helped me in my independence socially, personally, and work related tasks. Learning new skills to apply to your everyday physical activity is one way to be able to stay in shape and relax the body. For one the physical activity I enjoy doing is dance. I have been dancing since middle school and was on an actual team back in high school for all 4 years. Dance is one of those physical activity that ties into leisure and being social with it when performing. This is my go to when I need to blow of steam or to be able to get a work out in. From brushing our teeth to combing our hair, we are doing physical activity. This applies to our everyday independent life in which we do on a regular basis. For me personally morning routine is pretty long and filled with physical activity to help me out socially in being able to look presentable. Taking a shower, washing your hair, making food, all those are types of physical activity that we frequently do. These all fall into the sphere of self sufficiency in which we are sufficient in doing these activities since they are repeated many times. Basically are caring for oneself when talking about hygiene or making food. Personally for me it is to be able to look and presentable when going out.
