How did you use that feedback to modify future interactions?

I have been given feedback by my coaches, and some of my PBL instructors that I need to be more confident in my skills. Confidence is something that I feel will always be a work in progress for me as a leader. I have tried to be more confident when pitching ideas, assigning group roles, and giving/receiving feedback but there is still room for improvement. My biggest role models for leadership are my mom, and my high school soccer coach. My mom is a nurse practitioner who specialized in wound care, and she started her own wound clinic at the hospital in our hometown. My mom and soccer coach have facilitated leadership by pushing me out of my comfort zone, and giving me the support I need when trying new things. I always have admired both of their work ethics. One quality my soccer coach had as a leader that I learned from him was leading by example. He never asked us to perform a task that he could perform himself. We knew what he expected out of us and we as a team appreciated the guidelines. I feel that I naturally have the trait to lead by example and this draws others towards me.
