A phone call was held with Mr. Cornelius, Naisha Lawrence and Kim Drayton. The purpose of the phone call was to discuss the issues regarding Christopher therapist Melisa Davidoff. Mr. Cornelius is requesting that he has an open line of communication with Ms. Davidoff. Mr. Cornelius stated that the issues with Christopher's therapist aroused from a statement made during visitation with Peaceful Measures as Michael Stephen and Christopher were returned home after visiting with their dad. Mr. Cornelius stated that as the boys was returning from a visit with him, Christopher attacked his mother. Mr. Cornelius stated that Lisa stated to the supervisor that Christopher has PTSD. Mr. Cornelius stated that he asked Christopher therapist Melisa Davidoff who gave Christopher this diagnosed. She stated that he was not diagnosed but there has been discussion around this diagnosed. Mr. Cornelius told this worker and Kim Drayton that he was not against the discussion. Mr. Cornelius stated that what upset him was how Melisa insinuated that he was the cause of the PSTD. Cornelius reiterated that he does not want Melissa removed from the case. Mr. Cornelius stated he does not believe Melisa' views on him does not affect the treatment provided to Christopher. He stated that he does want to get updates on Christopher progress with services. Mr. Cornelius stated that he would like to have a Family Team Meeting and invite his son's services providers and DCPP and CMO to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and that I am a good father and want to know how my sons are doing. Mr. Cornelius shared that he told Ms. Kochan that he was having a FTM. Mr. Cornelius told the worker and Case work Supervisor that he would like to have the FTM at ICPC so that Michael and Stephen's Clinician can attend the meeting.
