I was so excited to go to Duluth that I could not sleep the night before, but once I finally fell asleep, I dreamt of all the things we could do there. The next morning when my mom woke me up I was a little bit upset because we were running late and we had to arrive at the hotel at one thirty but it was already eleven o’clock. We left immediately, and we showed up there an hour later than the expected arrival. As soon as we arrived and got our rooms and everything organized, everyone wanted to do something different. When we came back my older brother was the only one excited because that meant he could go swimming. We were all so hungry that we ordered room service, while my brothers were in the pool with their friends. As I sat impatiently waiting for the food, I watched all of the cars pass by. I wondered what it would be like to drive, what car I would drive, how fast I would go, where I would go, the possibilities are endless. After about twenty minutes we finally ate, I don’t think I have ever been happier to see food in my life after such a long day. When we all finished eating, it was about eight o'clock and we checked the weather outside and noticed it was no longer raining and Dylan yelled “you know what that means!” he was ready to go see the ships. It was the perfect time to see the ships because the sun was setting and it was beautiful. When I walked out of the doors of the hotel I felt a cool breeze rush past me, so I put on my sweatshirt my mom brought me.
