I chose to attend Wor-Wic Community College because of the support system that Wor-Wic has to offer. I applied to the school and attended it while I was injured with a traumatic knee injury and the staff really proved to me that they cared. I had surgery the first week of classes,so I emailed my teacher and they were all understanding and extremely helpful in accommodating to my needs. The late computer lab hours really helped me to be able to get my school work done after my night classes ended. Everywhere that I go I advocate for Wor-Wic because it is truly more than an institution, it is like another family to me.…

There were many elements that made me choose Western over the others. I found that 82% of people that apply are accepted. This is a larger amount than the other two colleges, which I believed was crucial. Even though Western has the highest room and board price out of all three schools, Western offers the lowest in state tuition out of the three. Paying less for tuition is imperative to me since college comes with many other expenses as well, so being able to pay less for tuition is great.…

My decision to apply to Western Washington University comes from my inspiration to achieve what I envision my self-becoming someday. Up to this point in my college education, life has been and up and down ride, definitely not what I had envisioned. But the one thing I’ve always kept true to myself is who I see myself becoming in the future. My senior year of high school was filled with questions of where I saw myself in five or ten years, and I thought I had a perfect idea of what that would be. I made choices I thought would help me achieve those goals I previously had set out.…
