In the robot killer event, I believe that Randy Samuel is responsible and guilty for the murder of Bart Matthew. The reason for that is because Randy Samuel is the one who program the robot and he make the mistake of mistaking x doc for x bar. Therefore even if he is under pressure, that cannot be use as a reason to make a mistake that cause someone's life. However I didn’t think that Randy Samuel is the only person that should be taking all the blame. I believe that his superior Johnson should also be blame for the incident because in my opinion his action is unethical. All he want is to finish the project and never really listen to what the team wants, therefore he in a way force the project manager to cut corner.
