Choosing Western civilization diet over Traditional African diet is harmful, due to the obesity and related health problems from the expansion of fast foods in African Countries. People are choosing to eat fast foods over their local African dishes, to prove their wealth. Many people are forgetting the risk of fast foods which can spiraling rates to diabetes, heart diseases, cancer, and stroke.
