My goal was to start my day with a 15-minute exercise to get my body in motion. Also, to eat three times a day every four hours and work out for 60 mins two times a week. As of September 27, 2015, I have not done so well. I have worked out for 60 minutes only once a week and with the eating I have done okay. There are days that I only ate three times of day every four hours with healthy choices, but it has not been an everyday thing. However, there is one thing that I have changed and even though it has not been easy I have done it every day. I am a huge fan of Starbucks’ pumpkin spice latte. Anything with pumpkin spice I will eat it or drink it. Since the day I started, I have not had a single Starbucks pumpkin spice latte because only one latte has about 300 calories. I have not used the pumpkin spice coffee creamer either that I usually buy. I have had my coffee once a day in the morning with no sugar or creamer. In the mornings I focused on my legs using certain workouts that would aim all my muscles of my legs. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I would do an hour of cardio at the Bow Creek Recreational Center. However, I had the choice of doing a DailyBurn workout plan at home, which is a workout program online.
