Diffusing
Diffusing essential oils into the air with a cool-air diffuser is one of the best ways to enjoy both their aroma and naturally therapsutic properties. if you don't have a cool air diffuser, place a few drops on a cotton ball and place the cotton in an air vent (this works especially well in a car). Alternately, you may place 20-30 drops of oil in a cool-air humidifier or vaporizer.
Grapefruit
Citrus x paradisi: Grapefruit oil has a uniquely refreshing aroma that is uplifting to the mind and can help relieve anxiety. Bath
