However, at the end of the job the organisation should review the safety performance and records of the contractor and see the if the contractor has met the safety target or no from the health and safety statistics.

Prior to start any work that should be done by lone a worker, there should be a specifec risk assessment and tool-box-talk to make sure all hazard and control measures been identified and in place. Then when the job started the responsible incharge such as supervisor should check and supervise regularly to make sure control measures in place. It's essential to have strong communication during for supervising purpose such as by radio or mobile. In addition, agreed emergency plan should be available including, first aid kit, fire fighting equipment & etc..


after job completion, supervisor must ensure that everything gose right and the worker has done the task properly without any accident.


However, there might be additional special control measures might be taken based on the site condition, competency of the lone worker and task to be done.
