IF still hypotensive from above give :Epi 1:10,000 0.1mg IV/IO may repeat 3-5 minutes MAX dose 0.5mg/ml


Give Benadryl 50mg slow IVP or IM


IF hypo persist give dopamine 400mg in 250ml D5w at 30dpm

In anaphylactic shock, if bronchospasm is still not relieved with first dose of Epi administer :

Ipratropium/ albuterol (duoneb) 0.5/2.5mg via nebulizer 6lpm
