1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice


1/2 ounce Honey Ginger Syrup


1/4 teaspoon matcha green-tea powder


4 ounces 7 up


Garnish with a flower.



In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the whisky, lemon juice, Honey Syrup and matcha; shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass. Top with the 7-up. Garnish with a flower.
