Antithesis
The section of Mathews Sermon on the mount. (Matt 5:21-48) in which Jesus contrasts selected provisions of the Mosaic Torah with his own ethical directives. The term refers to rhetorical structure in which contrasting ideas presented in parallel arrangements of words, phrases, or sentences.
Apostle
A person sent forth commissioned as an envoy or messenger, such as the Twelve whom Jesus selected to follow him.

The series of seven condemnations of scribes and Pharisees attributed to Jesus when he was rejected by official Judaism. (Matt 23:13-32)
