Mosaic G-protein signaling mutation. Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, precocious puberty, café au lait spots, short stature in a young girl, multiple unilateral bone lesions.
McCune-Albright syndrome
Proximal tubular reabsorption defect, get rid of too much stuff. Polyuria, acidosis, growth failure, electrolyte imbalances.

Sympathetic chain lesion caused by Pancose tumor in apex of lung. Ptosis, miosis, anhidrosis (no sweat).
Horner's Syndrome
Neurosyphilis, pupil accomodates but doesn't react.
Argyll Robertson Pupil (Prostitute's pupil)
Autoimmune acute inflammatory demyelinating abnormality. Rapidly progessive leg weakness that ascends following GI/upper respiratory infection.
Guillan Barre Syndrome
Rash on Palms and Soles.
