How come eye witness testimony is not reliable? |
Eye witness testimony is usually memory from what we saw after a few minutes or seconds. It has caused a numerous occasion where innocent people were convicted of something they didn't do (found out by DNA). Therefore, because of the short moment we saw a situation, memory cannot always be reliable. |
