1. Fractures and infections that can harm the internal tissues of a joint. 2. Overusing your joints can lead to damage. 3. A lack of exercise can weaken the muscles that support the joints and decrease joint flexibility. 4. Joints can be strained by excess weight. |

Cartilage |
Tt covers the end of the bones. It is a smooth tough substance that prevents bones from rubbing against each other. It reduces friction and acts as a shock absorber. |
