Abstract:
Childhood trauma is a sensitive topic and not much research or conversation has been had about how childhood experiences impact our adult life. . Childhood trauma are events that are physical, emotional, verbal or mental in nature such as physical abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, and family violence which in some cases may lead to other health conditions such as may lead to hypertension and heart disease.

Introduction:
Childhood trauma is a topic that not much has been talk about it even though the effect of experiences during childhood play significant role in adult life and health. Childhood experience can leave a lifetime mark like adverse health problem in individual life. Addressing the issues associated with childhood experiences at the early stage will prevent childhood adversity effect that create health issue like hypertension and heart disease.
Developing method to address health problem is important to improve physical health of children and socioeconomic well-being of the country. (Garner, Shonkoff, Siegel, Dobbins and McGuinn, 2012) Addressing childhood adversity will also alleviate toxic stress from childhood experience, and prevent future impact health problem caused by childhood adversity.
Childhood adversity that led to toxic stress can destroy the development of brain structure which will impact behavior, education, and health outcomes of individual later in life.
