This week for our discussion post, I decided to discuss and analyze the emergency response to terrorism: module 4: scene control. This module discusses the roles of an incident command(IC) and the steps that are required when responding to a natural disaster, hazardous materials or a terrorist attack. The incident command is handled by the incident commander in which he/she makes all operational decisions, managing and implementing all resources, and tactical decisions.
