Essay Question!!! How do you think American democracy is similar to ancient Athenian democracy?

It is similar because it has 3 types of government. Athenians have the judges, a "parliament" or senate, and an assembly, or the people. American government has judges, a senate, but also has a president that is voted for by the people. Both vote for laws and both have a senate.
