How do you identify the ceiling on a METAR report?

Lowest BKN or OVC

Engine fire during start on ground.

Crank Engine. Attempt to restart.


If engine restarts: run at 1700 rpm for a few minutes.

Go around if possible.


Otherwise increase or decrease velocity by the speed of the wind shear.
