This needs to be explored to a greater depth especially when physical exercise is such a crucial part of health and wellbeing for young adults (Tirodimos et al, 2009: 723). There is also another side to the research, which is the attitudes girls hold towards physical exercise which needs to be explored to a greater depth such as the views that physical activity and physical strength is seen to be masculine (Park Sang et al, 2012:103).
