Where is dense regular connective tissue found?

Ligaments and Tendons

Where is dense irregular Connective tissue found and what is its structure?

Surrounding joints, deep to the loose connective tissue behind the dermis and surrounding visceral organs and muscle. It is made of densely packed collagen proteins and fibroblasts.

What is the superficial fascia?

A layer of loose/areolar connective tissue found deep to the epithelial cells of the dermis.

What is the deep fascia?

A layer of dense irregular Connective tissue found deep to the superficial fascia which is itself deep to the epithelial cells of the dermis.

Where are simple squamous epithelial cells found and what is their purpose?
