Right use of energy (sexual discipline), moderation



5. Aparigraha


Non-coveting, non-hoarding, take only what is necessary

Purity, cleanliness (of thoughts)

To get close to something/yourself. All learning, all reflection, all contact that helps you learn more about yourself is svadhyaya (p 101 Heart)

5.Ishwara Pranidana


To surrender to something greater (p 9 binder)



To lay all your actions at the feet of God. We have done our best, we can leave the rest to a higher power (p102 Heart)
